Bio
Ben Mason is an active pianist, organist, arranger, and composer in Los Angeles. He composes music for church settings, television, and film. In addition to teaching at the Master’s University, Ben also teaches at Point Loma Nazarene University. He accompanies the Towne Singers in Pasadena and performs at various gigs around Los Angeles.
Ben studied piano, organ, and violin, and earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in composition from the Peabody Institute at Johns Hopkins University, a master’s in conducting from the University of Georgia, and a graduate certificate in scoring for motion pictures and television from the University of Southern California.
Ben currently directs the Master’s University Orchestra and Wind Ensemble.
