Bio
John Beck has taught Business and Communication courses at The Master’s University for over ten years.
In his previous career he worked as an executive in the software industry for 20 years serving as CEO and General Manager of local game development studio shepherding the company from its founding to over 150 employees.
Dr. Beck serves as an elder at Grace Baptist Church in Santa Clarita. Married to his high school sweetheart Mary for over 26 years, the couple two children, Emma and Timothy. Emma is a graduate of The Master’s University working in the field of education. Timothy is currently a software developer and junior studying computer science at The Master’s University. John Beck holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Ohio University Summa Cum Laude and a Master of Arts degree in Communication Management from the Annenberg School at the University of Southern California (USC). He also holds a Doctorate in Education Organizational Change and Leadership From the Rossier School at USC.
