Bio

John joins TMU–IBEX with a love for helping people deepen their relationship with our Triune God by studying the Bible in the land of the Bible. Having over two decades of ministry experience, he has served as Senior Pastor in Maine and Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Holy Land in Jerusalem. While he currently pursues a doctorate in Old Testament at Bar Ilan University in Israel, he preaches frequently in his local congregation and serves on the leadership team of the Young Adult Fellowship. Before assuming vocational ministry, John worked as a Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and a pharmaceutical sales representative with Eli Lilly & Company. He is married to his German bride, Dorothee, has two children, enjoys running half marathons and exploring the land and culture of Israel and Germany.
