Bio

Upon completion of her master’s degree, Dr. Larson began teaching part-time at The Master’s University. She joined the faculty in a full-time capacity in 1985 and was soon asked to organize and implement the communication major. While building the Communication Department, Dr. Larson continued post-graduate studies, working on a doctoral program in Communication at USC. She received her Ph.D. in Communication in 1995 after completing work on her doctoral dissertation, “A Narrative Analysis of the Scopes Trial”. Continuing her professional development, Dr. Larson is currently involved in researching Christian causes with respect to creation and evolution as argued in the legal arena.
