Women's Ministries Certificate of Achievement

Overview

The Master’s University has developed a Women’s Ministries Certificate of Achievement available to TMU undergraduate students as well as lay people in the community. In offering this program, the School of Biblical Studies desires to train women for ministry in accordance with the model set by Titus 2, where older women are called to train younger women. This certificate is designed around the belief that Christian character is foundational to any kind of training and equipping for ministry, whether in the local church, in parachurch organizations, or in missions.

We desire to equip women who will become valuable and trustworthy participants in ministry under the leadership of pastors, elders, and other ministry leaders. To this end, we train women in the knowledge and understanding of God’s Word, teaching them to think and serve out of a strong biblical foundation.

To earn the Women’s Ministries Certificate of Achievement, students complete 15 units of academic classes on topics such as public speaking, discipleship, biblical counseling, and theology of the church and family.
