Pre-Law

The Pre-Law emphasis is designed for students pursuing law school or a career in the legal system. We combine strong academic and career preparation with a firm foundation in a biblical worldview, equipping our students to enter their careers with a biblical perspective on law and business. Our program has proven itself with its results; TMU graduates have been accepted into 13 of the top 20 law schools, including 7 of the top 10.

Students may participate in a semester-long internship in Washington, D.C., allowing them a front-row seat to the inner workings of the legislative process and opportunities for networking. Students also have the flexibility to either focus on studying business law or the political and historical aspects of the legal system, allowing them to explore their particular interests and receive an education tailored to the specific career they are pursuing.
