SEVIS Transfer In
If you have been admitted to The Master’s University and have previously been enrolled in another US Institution as an F-1 Student, you must request your previous institution to transfer your SEVIS record to TMU so that we can issue you a new I-20. Please follow the steps below to request a SEVIS Transfer In:
Step 1: Get Admitted into The Master’s University
In order to get your record transferred to TMU you will need to be admitted and obtain an Admission Letter from TMU to present to your previous institution.
Step 2: Complete the ISO SEVIS Transfer In Form
Complete the SEVIS Transfer In form confirming your old school’s information (get bottom portion completed by old DSO) and the student portion.
Step 3: Submit these documents to ISO
Submit your SEVIS Transfer In form and once your record has been transferred we can create and send you your new I-20.
** Students who have completed their degree program have a 60-day grace period to legally remain within the U.S. after their degree completion. Students must submit their SEVIS Transfer In Request to ISO before the end of their 60-day grace period to be transferred out in good-standing.
